Can anyone use my membership card?

No, it is our policy that membership benefits are not transferrable to non-members. The revenue we receive from memberships and ticket sales goes to support our free events and programming.

With my VIP membership it says I get 2 passes to Music Fest. Since Music Fest is free this year (2017), what will these passes do for me?

The 2 Music Fest passes included in your VIP membership will get you into our amphitheater grand opening shows. They will not work for shows at The Griffin Hall.

How do I sign up to receive the newsletter?

To stay up to date with MAD events you can visit the MAD homepage and enter your email under “Be The First To Know.” If you are a member and gave us your email at the time you registered, you are automatically signed up to receive our newsletter.

I am a MAD member and want to purchase presale tickets. How do I go about purchasing them?

To purchase the members only presale tickets, (1) you can visit and login with the email address you entered when signing up (2) you can visit the box office located at 113 S. Washington Street, El Dorado AR, and show your membership card (3) you can call the box office at 870-863-4547 and have your membership ID number ready.

How many tickets can you get per card?
  • Individual membership – 2 tickets
  • Family membership – 4 tickets per cardholder
  • VIP membership – 10 tickets per cardholder
  • Prime membership – 20 tickets per cardholder (Grand Opening Special Offer!)
I have lost my card(s), can I get replacements?

Yes, email us at or give us a call at 870-863-4547. There will be a $5 fee for replacement cards.

Will I be receiving new cards every year?

Yes, once you renew your membership you will receive a new card.

How do I get first access to my tickets?

Memberships will last 1 year.

How long will it take to receive my membership card?

You will receive your membership card 2-4 weeks from date of purchase.

I am a member but I want to buy more tickets after presale. Can I do that?

Yes, once your member presale time is up you will be able to purchase more tickets when they go on sale to the general public.

I purchased a Prime membership but already have a membership to SAAC and SASO. What are my options?

If you already had a membership to SAAC or SASO you have the option to gift your membership to someone or you may use it as a donation.

As a VIP or Prime member, can I bring a guest(s) into the member only areas?

Each cardholder can bring in one (1) guest into the VIP/Prime member areas.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes. Membership can be upgraded simply by paying the difference between levels. However, if the expiration date is three months away or less, we ask that you renew at the new level. The month of expiration will remain the same.
