Late Night Shows
Fri - RDGLDGRN - 11PM
Rdgldgrn

Comprised of three members who go by the identity of Red, Gold, and Green, and generally dress in those colors, Reston, Virginia trio RDGLDGRN make music that is equally stylish, blending slick indie rock and left-field hip-hop. Upon the release of their first single in 2011, "I Love Lamp" -- a hook-laden power pop number named after a line by Steve Carell's character in Anchor Man -- the accompanying YouTube video went viral and RDGLDGRN's success snowballed from there, helped largely by the involvement of some key power players in the music industry. Cold War Kids producer Kevin Augunas produced the rest of the EP, signing them to his Fairfax Recordings label, and while in the studio, in a twist of fate, fellow Reston native Dave Grohl offered to play drums. Pop producer extraordinaire Pharrell Williams joined up as well, to help write and produce the N.E.R.D. song "Doing the Most," a standout on the group's 2012 debut EP, Red Gold Green.

Sat - SHOTGUNBILLYS -11PM
The ShotGunBillys

High energy southern rock blending Memphis blues with a steady Arkansas country handshake. Meet the ShotGunBillys. The band hails from the outskirts of Memphis, Tennessee. They were nurtured on the sounds that made Memphis great but have carved a distinct sound that blends it all. Lance McDaniel (lead vocals, guitar), David Snell (backing vocals, bass), and Case Cooper (drums, percussion) started playing together as the ShotGunBillys in 2008. Their collaboration, “Let’s Get Country” landed a spot on the soundtrack to The River Within. Fate would have it that when they decided to heed the call to form a band, Case moved back to town and ShotGunBillys were born. The ShotGunBillys debuted with BAM! in 2014 gaining fans and radio airplay. Make no mistake The ShotGunBillys are all the good sounds southern music has to offer. They can be found rocking out with Black Oak Arkansas’ Jim Dandy just as surely as jamming with The Bar-Kays’ James Alexander. Their song “Sic My Hogs on You,” a tribute anthem to Arkansas Razorback tradition and players has more than 20,000 views.

Spectra Vamp
Spectra Vamp

The idea for "Spectra Vamp," came about in early 2015, after lead singer/lead guitarist, Jennifer's sister, Jessica, won a vocal competition. Heavily influenced by several different styles of music, Jennifer began writing and recording songs for the project with no set genre in mind. The multi-genre album, "Attention" was completed in 2016 and released digitally in February 2017.

Originally from Baton Rouge, LA, Jennifer started playing guitar at the age of 9. After which, she played guitar in several church worship teams for 12 years. Jennifer started playing professionally with her sister, JoAnna Janét, soon after graduating from MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN and was fortunate enough to perform with JoAnna on The Grand Ole Opry in 2002. After the birth of her son, Samuel, Jennifer began playing on a regular basis with her sister, Jessica Janét Brock, in Shreveport, LA. In 2006, Jennifer joined a Houma, LA based rock band, Sons of William, playing bass. She recorded 2 albums and toured with the group for 5 years, while still remaining a member of several different bands back home.

Szlachetka
Szlachetka

Rolling Stone hailed SZLACHETKA as one of the “10 New Artists You Need to Know”, describing his forthcoming album as “a soundtrack for both the highway and the heartland… a collection of road-dog roots-rockers and Americana ballads inspired by the people (and places) he’s left behind in the rearview mirror.”

SZLACHETKA (pronounced SLA-HET-KA) draws your gaze back to a simpler time when music was less about stylized production and more about its experiential nature. His songwriting finds inspiration in the threads that connect us, weaving a tapestry of familiar moments that pay homage to the past while leaning into a future that promises both wonder and grace. Now based in Nashville, SZLACHETKA grew up in New England and began his career as the frontman for the acclaimed roots-rock band, The Northstar Session, with whom he recorded five albums and appeared in the second season of NBC’s “Parenthood”.  After nearly a decade of touring he left the band and struck out on his own, releasing his first solo album in 2014, “Waits for a Storm to Find”. SZLACHETKA’s sophomore album (produced by Grammy winning producer David Bianco), “Heart of my Hometown” is set for release in early 2018.
